May 2nd, 2015
Through this letter, we want to present our report about Connection III - 2015
1.- Vocational Test: This time the event was held
in the same church, it was a suggestion of the same psychologist, who has been
helping us. In this time she attended only 4 people. We also had the support of
Linda Reategui a psycology student of the Bethany Church in the district of
Lince. This activity was from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
2.- Manicure:
This activity remained in the Sacsara Social Centre and with the help of
Mariane De Torres, wife of Tito Torres Pastor of the First Baptist Church of
Villa El Salvador and Maribel Zevallos member of the Chruch Christ the Savior of San Juan de
Lurigancho.
3.- Conexión Kids: It was organized based on the
theme "Love of God" in the same social center, our sister Dionicia
Cuellar was in charge of the organization presenting musical, choreography, She
decorated the room with balloons and banners with the help of adults and young
people from our church. Approximately 50 children attended.

4.- Evangelism on the street: With the support of young churches like: Redeemer of Comas, Bethany of Lince, Christ the Savior of San Juan de Lurigancho and Assemblies of God of San Juan de Miraflores, We presented a theatre name "Do not enter" we performed in parks and busy streets in the area, taking advantage not only for viewers to see the staging but also evangelizing and passing out flyers inviting for the evening event
5.- Connection: We had more than 80 people, 40% of them were non-Christians. Choreography, music and present the same theater that took place in the park. The exposure of the word was in charge of our pastor Freddy Gomero, That night we had 2 decisions of faith and 2 reconciliations.
People on the streets know more about Conexion
and people of other churches are joining this project now. The idea is to
expand the services that we have been providing. We will like to have
activities like medical campaigns, nutrition talks, school for parents, etc. We
have been talking to other churches and we want to implement new services to
the community, we want to influence this
generation and make Jesus known.
We hope we can continue working together, we
really appreciate your help.
With love,
Light into the Darkness Ministries
